
BODYBRASIL FITNESS™BODYBRASIL FITNESS™ is a challenging muscle conditioning class that will get you into shape with resistance training using weights, exercises using your own body weight, and simple capoeira movements. Perfect if you are looking for a fun and different way of sculpting your body. You will NOT get bored in this class! Instructors emphasize technical form and design the classes for students of all skill and fitness levels. Fridays 6:00 - 7:15pm
Abs Class
Abs class is designed to strengthen and define your abs, building core strength so you can do whatever it is you do, BETTER- all in a half hour class! The workout utilizes movements from traditional core resistance workouts including weight training along with yoga postures, pilates and stretching. Wednesdays 5:45 - 6:15pm $8/Class Drop-in
Fitness InstructorsBODYBRASIL FITNESS™ programs are led by Mestranda Márcia, Antonio Contreras "Graduado Corrente", Jen Hobbs, and Danny McAtee. Collectively they have over 60 years experience in physical education, personal training and capoeira. They each draw on their unique expertise and are skilled at creating diverse, efficient, and effective workout programs for all skill levels. |
