BODYBRASIL FITNESS™

BODYBRASIL FITNESS™ is a challenging strength and conditioning class that will get you into shape with resistance training using weights, body weight exercises and drills, and simple capoeira movements. Perfect if you are looking for a fun and different way of improving your fitness. You will not get bored in this class! The instructor emphasizes technical form and design the classes for students of all skill and fitness levels.

BODYBRASIL FITNESS™ programs are led by Antonio Contreras, or "Graduado Corrente" as he is know in our community. He has extensive experience with physical strength and conditioning training as well as capoeira and draws from his unique expertise to create diverse, efficient, and effective workout programs for all skill levels.

BodyBrasil Bootcamp Monthly Sessions

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursdays, 6:30-7:30AM

Sessions:

  • October 5th-28th (sign up by September 21 for the Early Bird Special*)
  • December 7th-30th (sign up by November 23 for the Early Bird Special*)

Cost: $100 per session. Single drop-in class is $15. *Sign up two weeks prior to session start date and save money with the Early Bird Special for $80. 

Pre-purchase required to enroll in each entire monthly session. This can be done online or at the studio front desk.
