ACSF’s Mestra Márcia Cigarra receives the prestigious KPIX Jefferson Award for bringing capoeira to thousands!
Referred to by some as the local noble peace prize, SF’s KPIX 5 Jefferson Award was granted to our very own Mestra Márcia Cigarra in recognition for her unwavering dedication to teaching
capoeira to the youth and adults in the Bay Area for the past 25 years.
