ENROLLMENT POLICIES (Please read carefully)

The RAY Project operates in two sessions per calendar year, a Spring session (January-May) and a Fall session (September-December).

  • New and returning children and teen students can turn in an application and complete volunteer hours on an on-going basis at any time throughout the year.
  • Accepted teen applicants are eligible to begin classes once all requirements have been met.
  • Due to space limitations, children ages 5-12 will only be admitted to the program and able to start taking classes at the beginning of a session (Sept 11, 2010 or Jan 8, 2011). This is a new policy so plan accordingly.

ALL students will need to renew their membership at the beginning of each session, regardless of when they were accepted into the program. Any student interested in renewing their application, must be in good standing from the previous session.

Note: All students wanting to enroll and begin classes in the Fall 2010 session must submit their application and complete their voluteer hours before the Mandatory Orientation meeting on September 11th, 2010. There will be no exceptions this year.
