RAY PROJECT PROGRAM: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I complete my volunteer hours from home?
ACSF does not have specific tasks that can be done from home. You can bring your well-behaved child/children to the studio while you complete tasks. 

I can't complete my hours during the scheduled volunteer days. Is there anything else I can do?
We will try to accommodate all families, but it may not be possible. If you cannot complete hours, please contact Diane Martinez to discuss specific work exchange options.   

I have more than one child; I cannot do that many volunteer hours. Is there another option?
No. We expect parents to get involved. We will potentially give families with more than one child an extended period to complete their hours. 

Can I get discounts for uniforms, batizado fee, or summer camp?

RAY program covers classes only. Discounts are not available for anything else including uniforms and batizado. Keep in mind that you child is training free or at reduced price and ACSF asks for your help by paying for Batizado/event participation and uniform cost, which occur only once a year.
 We will make you aware of ANY fees required at the start of the program.  

ACSF has less funding available to cover Summer Camp programs and therefore is only able to provide a small number of scholarships. ACSF may provide reduced rates for RAY participants if minimum enrollment requirement is met.
