Requirements
- The Renting party must sign a contract and release form prior to renting.
- All fees must be paid prior to renting.
- Based upon the nature of the rental, a security deposit, staff fee, and cleaning fee may be required.
- Renters are responsible for leaving the premises the way they found them.
- Renters are responsible for all damages that occur during the rental contract period.
- Studio capacity is limited to 150 people.
- ABADÁ-Capoeira SF reserves the right to refuse to rent to any individual or party of individuals, and reserves the right to terminate any and all rental agreements at any time.
Rates
- Weekday Rates apply Monday-Friday up until 6pm
- Weeknight Rates apply Monday-Friday 6pm-10pm
- Weekend Rates apply Saturday-Sunday up until 10pm
- “After Hours” rentals may be available.
- Bulk and consecutive rentals may qualify for a 10% discount.
Rehearsal Rates:
(2 HOUR MINIMUM. For Over 25 people, different rates may apply)
- $35/hr Weekdays
- $50-70/hr Weeknights and Weekends (based on rental specifics)
Master Classes / Workshops / Photo Shoots Rates:
(2 HOUR MINIMUM. For Over 25 people, different rates may apply)
- $60/hr – 80/hr Weekdays
- $120/hr – Weeknights and Weekends
Conferences / Performances / Events / Filming Rates: (3 hour minimum)
- $100/hr – Weekdays
- $120/hr – Weeknights and Weekends
- $135/hr – After Hours
