Once again, ABADÁ-Capoeira San Francisco performed in the SF Carnaval Parade. This is a tradition we have participated in since 1998! This year we teamed up with ACSF resident artists Tania Santiago and her dance group Aguas da Bahia, and Adriana Bessa and her Zumba group; plus Rhythm & Motion/ODC.
The intergenerational contingent brought live capoeira, music, and dance to the streets of SF’s Mission District. Congrats and thank you to all involved!!!!
