We’ll celebrate Mestra Cigarra’s Entrepreneur Leadership award from the San Francisco Immigrant Rights Commission and the Office of Civic Engagement & Immigrant Affairs.
This well-deserved award recognizes Mestra’s 30+ years of co-founding and leading our school. Shout out to long-time ABADÁ-Capoeira SF student, Graduada Azeitona (Leah Laxamana,) for nominating our president and artistic director for this prestigious award.
