Please welcome our new front desk greeter, Xavier, who is welcoming students, parents, and visitors, and keeping our studio tidy and running smoothly.
A little about Xavier: he wanted to learn a martial art after moving from Puerto Rico this year, so he looked up fighting videos on YouTube. He liked capoeira the best, he says, “due to its unorthodox fighting style and all the cool acrobatic moves.” After that, he began training at ABADÁ SF.
His other interests include reading, exploring the city, making origami, going to the gym, and computer coding.
“When I first came to ABADÁ-SF,” Xavier says, “I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt a strong sense of community. I want to be able to share this and contribute to it so that everyone can feel exactly how I felt that first time.”
