Each year since 1995, ACSF partners with local schools to bring our comprehensive cultural arts education programs to children and teens throughout the Bay Area.
ACSF connects youth with world-class artists in an effort to preserve the tradition of capoeira and related arts, inspire learning, and build strong characters. Our programs provide knowledge and skills in capoeira arts, guide students to be creators, and allow educators to incorporate arts into their curriculum.
Regular classes are complemented by student performances, participation in community ceremonies and festivals, plus exposure to master-level artists through assembly performances and master classes.
