The European Capoeira Art Festival 2025/26th European Games and 5th Brazilian Euro Games will take place in Lisbon from April 17th to 21st!
We’re thrilled to announce that Mestra Marcia Cigarra will be hosting a special Capoeira course!
Whether you’re a beginner or a veteran, take advantage of the opportunity to connect with capoeiristas from all over the world at the 26th ABADÁ-Capoeira European Games from April 17 – 21, 2025, in Lisbon, Portugal.
This event goes beyond a competition: it’s a celebration of capoeira, music, dance and culture, bringing together a global community.
American capoeiristas are invited to enroll in the event’s workshops and associated sessions while, European and Brazilians are invited to participate also in the competitions.
This international event is organized by ABADÁ-Capoeira under the coordination of Professor Perninha and Professora Minnie. Mestre/as (including Mestra Cigarra!) contramestres, professores and instrutores from various schools will be present from countries around the world.
For five days, the Portuguese capital will host intense competitions, capoeira circles, workshops with renowned masters and a lot of knowledge and culture exchange. Capoeiristas from all over Europe will come together to celebrate this art that combines fighting, games and music, in an event that promises energy, excitement and tradition.
