FLEX YOUR MUSCLES FOR ACSF YOUTH PROGRAMS

For the first time ever we are hosting an adult/teen “Gincana” (workout-based fundraiser)! We invite you to flex your muscles in this fun, low-key, workout event designed to support ACSF youth programs.

At the event,participants will perform movements including strict pushups, pull ups and other fitness exercises to earn points which will then be turned into dollars by two generous ACSF individual supporters…. so this is risk free, and fun!
All you need to do is show up and workout as much or as little as you’d like! Our donors will match your muscles with monetary donations!

The goal is to raise $2,000 for ACSF’s youth programs, so please invite your friends, family members, and any fitness enthusiasts you may know. Anyone can participate. The more folks, the better!

Participant check-in is at 1:45pm.
Registration is $2 per person (waived if you attend Community Capoeira class on the event day at 12noon).
