Tell your peeps! Our next free capoeira class for absolute beginners on Tuesday, March 4th at 6:00pm.
Can’t make it in March? No problem: we offer this class on the first Tuesday of each month. It’s a once-per-month opportunity for first-timers to train for free with our founder and artistic director, Mestra Márcia Cigarra, and first-timers will get the opportunity to buy four other classes at a 25% discount.
Focusing on the fundamentals of ABADÁ-Capoeira technique, this class is the perfect place for beginners, as well as continuing students looking to review and hone the basics. Warming up with the class is critical, so new students are asked to arrive early as they will not be allowed to join the class after it has begun. Open to teens (13+) and adults of all levels.
