IN THE SPOTLIGHT: Sunday’s Community Class & Graduada Tulipa

Since January of 2012, Aimee Fribourg “Graduada Tulipa” has dedicated her Sunday afternoons to volunteer teaching the Community Capoeira class.

ACSF dreamed up this class as a way to offer an extra day of instruction for teen and adult students, a training ground for up-and-coming instructors, and a method of fundraising to support our teen program. All of the proceeds from this class go into a travel fund that is used to send dedicated teen students to the ABADÁ
-Capoeira Jogos Mundiais (World Games), which take place every-other year in Brazil. In 2013, three teen students, who were chosen by their peers, were granted this unique “travel to train” opportunity. So far we have raised $1,880! We hope to triple that number by August 2015 in time to send more teens to Brazil.

This class is an excellent opportunity for all students to excellent instruction in a bit of a more informal environment. The community class is FREE for teens, and $10 cash for adults. One student recently said: “Graduada Tulipa breaks down more complicated movements in a way that is easy to understand and makes sense during a game.” By choosing a casino room is easier than it used to be. With this, you can play your favorite gambling game online. If you are interested, just visit beste mobil casino.

We offer a full line of dumpsters for rent Chicago il, roll-off containers, waste management services, and recycling solutions for trash hauling. Visit here TechWaste Recycling Location for more information online.

Many thanks to the commitment of Graduada Tulipa for making this class successful, and to all students who have participate so far this year!
